Stock availability:

If an item is temporarily out of stock, we will contact you to advise the expected delivery date.


All prices are shown in New Zealand Dollars.

Eligibility to purchase:

The purchase of products Mo Cullen Shirtsmith is limited only to parties who can enter into and form contracts in accordance with New Zealand law. Customers must provide their real name, phone number, e-mail address and other requested information. When providing payment details customers must warrant that the payment details provided are theirs and are both valid and correct. Mo Cullen Shirtsmith is only available to customers who meet our terms of eligibility. Purchases made are for personal use only and must not be resold or used for commercial benefit. Mo Cullen Shirtsmith reserves the right to decline multiple quantities to one customer or address.


Payment can be made by Visa or MasterCard. Payment will be cleared from your account upon receipt of your order. The debit or credit card you are using must be yours. Debit and credit card payments are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of the payment method refuses to authorise the payment Mo Cullen Shirtsmith will not be held responsible for non-delivery. Mo Cullen Shirtsmith takes every precaution to make our site as secure as possible. Your personal information is encrypted using SSL and password-protected to prevent unauthorised access to it. We do not retain your credit card information.

When converting prices to another currency or when an item is charged to a credit card, a price variation may occur due to fluctuating exchange rates and credit card company charges.

After entering your debit or credit card details you will see a review of your order. Please check this carefully before placing the order. If you think you have placed an order in error please email customer service at info@mocullenshirtsmith.co.nz with as many details as possible.

Exchanges and returns:

Please contact us at info@mocullenshirtsmith.co.nz within 7 days from the delivery date. The item must then be returned within 14 days to be eligible for exchange or refund. Shipping your item back to Mo Cullen Shirtsmith is the customer's responsibility. Once the product is received and accepted in original condition, the new size will be dispatched or a refund credited to the original method of payment within 14 days from when the product is received by Mo Cullen Shirtsmith. Delivery of the exchanged item is free of charge. If you receive a faulty product, please notify info@mocullenshirtsmith.co.nz immediately and the item will be exchanged for you.

Refunds processed to an international credit card will be calculated using the exchange rate on the day the refund is processed. Mo Cullen Shirtsmith takes no responsibility for any difference between the refund rate and the rate that the initial purchase was processed at.

The delivery address for returns is 68 Mahurangi West Road, RD3, Warkworth, Auckland, New Zealand 0983.

Please retain proof of postage and a tracking number for reference. We suggest insuring your package for the full value to cover you for loss or non-delivery.

Gift cards:

Mo Cullen Shirtsmith offers electronic gift cards in a range of denominations. Gift cards are redeemable online at mocullenshirtsmith.co.nz. Gift cards are non refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.


At Mo Cullen Shirtsmith we respect the importance of protecting your customer details and personal information. Your personal details will never be sold to a third party and we do our utmost to keep your information safe. What personal details do we collect?

We store personal details when you place and order online, by email or over the phone and when you subscribe to our marketing communications. The details we store is the information you provide.

We use your details to:

Take your order, process payments (no information is stored), manage and fulfil your order, and to provide after sales customer care. Deal with your enquiries and requests. Send service related communication. Email marketing communication when permission is given by subscribing. You can always opt out from sales and marketing communication at any time by emailing info@mocullenshirtsmith.co.nz.

Free delivery within New Zealand:

All purchases to New Zealand addresses are delivered free of charge using Courier Post, NZ. Your tracking number will be emailed to you upon processing of your order.

Please note we can only deliver to a physical address, not a PO Box.

International delivery:

International orders are sent by NZ Post. Postage and handling charges (includes tracking number and insurance):

Every legal effort is made by Mo Cullen Shirtsmith to minimise the likelihood of local taxes and duties being imposed. However we cannot guarantee that taxes will not be levied and in the event of this happening they are the responsibility of the purchaser.
